Return Policy

Overview

We do accept returns of certain the magickal item & bezoar stones, mustika pearls, statues & paintings and others. under the following conditions (do check with us before purchase). We should be notified of intended returns by e-mail no later than 3 days after the purchaser receives the package ( we can track the date of delivery ) and the package should be returned to us no later than 10 days after the package has been received. The items should not be damaged or substituted in any way. In cases of suspected foul play, we reserve the right not to accept returns and offer refunds in such an event the purchaser returns merchandise at his own risk.

However, there are also cases that occur, because there are customers who are dissatisfied with the goods purchased. If you want to return the goods, then the goods to be returned must be in the same new condition as when they were sent to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods you purchased are damaged, scratched, cracked, have a different weight, or have been altered in any way.

Refunds will be given minus the initial shipping cost, the approximate transfer fee of the refund and we do charge a 15% restocking fee. You should always be chosen carefully prior to purchase at our online shop.

This return policy does not apply to packages shipped by kingtalisman.com through registered airmail the return policy for the latter is null and void. We will not accept returns on items after the expiration of the period that we have determined, in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to this return policy.
