How long does it take to ship a parcel / package from Indonesia to my country ?
It depends on the delivery method you choose.
All the express delivery methods take about 3 – 7 business days to arrive.

It usually takes 5 – 17 business days.
Depending on the distance and customs clearance process.
EMS :
It usually takes 3 – 15 business days.
Depending on the distance and customs clearance process.
DHL Express :
It usually takes 1 – 7  business days.
Depending on the distance and customs clearance process.
Mail Post :
It usually takes 15 – 30 business days.
Depending on the distance and customs clearance process.

Can we pay the shipping in the destination ?
Sorry, we don’t accept payment cash on delivery ( COD ). Hope for your understanding.

Do you ship to PO Box ?
The shipment via express delivery methods such as DHL Express, FedEx, EMS, Pos Ekspor can not be sent to PO Box address. But so required, you can also include a phone number that is easy to contact.

Note : Shipping Cost Charged for special request using Courier Express others.

Postal Services such as Pos Ekspor, Mail Post and Surface.
Air Freight (from airport to airport) and Sea Freight (from port to port via container) : You can also pick up a package yourself. If you have your own forwarder or account of DHL Express and FedEx, Just choose “pick up goods myself” as delivery method for your order and e-mail us the detailed information about your forwarder or account to ship your package out.

When can I get the information about my package online ?
Normally, as for the shipments by DHL Express and FedEx you can get the information about your packages online.
EMS / Pos Ekspor within 2 days after we ship them out.
