Delivery Process
Estimated time for the product arrived to your desired address varies, depending on the type of product ordered and your location. Once your order is confirmed and ready to ship, Kingtalisman Universal will send e-mail to you with the relevant courier name and tracking number.
Kingtalisman mystical online shop does not ship your order on Sunday and Public Holidays. We will send the receipt number to your email or you can see it in the ‘Order Status’. Kingtalisman Universal is not responsible for shipping delays.
For security reasons, all of our products are shipped via secure courier delivery. To ensure you receive your ordered pieces, we will ask you to accept the receipt provided by the courier. Do not open the package if the seal and package are damaged. Immediately contact us via e-mail or WhatsApp.
